a problem with chyron lyric7??
when i convert video output standard format from PAL to HD 1080i
there is no output can be achieved by the device??
please i want a quick reply

Forgive me, but if I understand you correctly, you go into CONFIG > HARDWARE and change the Output Standard from PAL to 1080i 50Hz. After you do this, you have no output at all? If this is urgent, you should call our hotline at +1.631.845.2132

i do this step but there is no response

Are you looking at the output of the Leitch (eFX) card directly in an HD monitor rather than thru a DA, etc? Again, if this is an emergency, call the help desk so an engineer can speak with you directly.

If i do the following steps:
1) Close Lyric.

2) In WINDOWS EXPLORER, go to C:\WINDOWS\PROGRAM FILES\CHYRON\LYRIC 7.XX\

3) Find & double-click "LyricUnregister.exe" and confirm all warnings.

4 Relaunch Lyric, note that it will come back to factory settings.

5) In CONFIG > HARDWARE, reset your video standard and genlock settings and turn off the video input layer.

6) In CONFIG > PREFERENCES, manually redirect Default Pathways to the desired directory (close PREFs).

7) On the BROWSER window, manually redirect to the desired data source.

8) In CONFIG > CANVAS RESOLUTION, manually set canvas to desired resolution.

9) In CONFIG > SAVE USER PROFILE, save over the old profile or create a new one.

can be a problem that result from the dongle or license option

It most often has to do with registry (user profile) which can corrupt when older registries are loaded into newer software.
