Lyric crashes when saving

I’m trying to save a lyric file as a .csf so I can play it with CAL but every time I try to save it Lyric crashes with the attached message. I’m running lyric offline 5.2 on XP with service pack 1

Have you tried reinstalling Lyric? If not, you should do so then create a new message and try saving it.

Please report the Lyric build number. Go to Lyric Help and select About Lyric and you will find the version and build number....
