Lyric issue

Hello,

I'm working for a french channel and this morning an user reported an error message while he was working on an AVID workstation : "Lyric server error please reinstall Lyric".
It's not the first time that this problem occurs and each times we have to reinstall the pluggin.
Can someone help me ?

How long does it take the Lyric Plugin to give this error? (after how
many uses, how many days, etc.)

Is there a regular Lyric running on the same system? If there is, what
version is it?

Do newer versions of the plugin give the same error?

Hi Elisabeth,

The error occurs randomly between one day and one month and on many workstations.
There isn't regular lyric running on the same system and Chyron told us that we use the lastest version of the pluggin.
Maybe another version of the pluggin has been released and if it is the case, can you give me the link in order to download it ?
