We are having a couple of problems using our template update. Graphics uses the TU to update sports scores on FB1. When we change to FB2, we are unable to call up a page unless we do a “read next” or click elsewhere on the page then click on the FB screen. If FB2 is currently using the TU when we change to it, we can call up a page, but then the TU will close.
I’ve been told this issue was resolved in V5.21 B743, however we are still having this problem.
We use the Duet LEx, with V5.21 B743
