How can I ad my graphics to my browser

In our newscasts full screens we add different graphic elemts such as a gavel or a picture of traffic. Those elements are save in the Images folders as targas.
I was wondering how i can put these elements on the browser; so, I can just grab them and drop them on the canvas.

Simply open an explorer window, select the graphics you wish to add to the browser and either drag them to the browser or copy/paste them.
