Advance Text Effects and Templates

I'm using Lyric version 5.23 on a Lyric SD.
My template seems to disappear if I add an advance text effect.
Any way to correct this?

Can you email me thte Lyric page file (*.lyr) I just tried it on my laptop and it worked. Now is this a Duet SD or an LEX or HyperX with SD outputs? jmdormany@chyron.com

When using an advanced text effect your templates are still there however you just don't see them on the canvas.
if you alt + t you will be able to update the information
if you need to alter the template just uncheck animate elements and the templates are now visible on the canvas
when done altering just check animate elements and the animation should stay the same
