If we don't have access to a modem connection and all we have is a internet connection how do we sign up to use the BBS service so we can get the needed updates? your help would be most apprciated thank you

Which updates are you looking for? We could just burn you a disk. Everything is available at ftp.chyron.com/pub/software/lyric/currentrelease if you have an active Software Maintenance Agreement. But you will need a hi-speed connection for download.
