video clip and keyboard not responding

Hello people!

I am having two big problems:

Some of our maps are animated and have a video clip, which are activated by CRT + PLAY. In the template, the video clip has been set up to play to end and to loop. However, sometimes the video clip stops playing. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?

My other problem is with the keyboard. Sometimes with out any reason, it decides to stop working. I either have to reset the duet keyboard or close lyrics if the reset doesn't help. Has anybody else have had this problem?

For the keyboard, try reseating the keyboard cable; also, double-check the ctrl and alt keys and make sure they aren't stuck (we always have problems with that).

You have to be careful what KVM extender you're using with the Duet Keyboard. The only extender that Chyron certifies is the Avocent Longview. You'll end up having nothing but problems if you either use another brand or just extend the cables for anything beyond six feet.
