I'm having trouble getting the playlist to play off the computer's internal timer/timecode. I'm guessing I'm missing one step. I've got a series of messages I want to read up every 30 minutes starting at timecode 00:00:00:00 and ending at 23:30:00:00.
Any guesses to what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Theresa,
That's a known issue in version 5.2. We're working on fixing it. However, it does work fine in version 5.0x, so you might want to try that.
If you've built your messages in 5.2, you'll have to re-build them in order to use them in 5.0, but the timecode trigger will work.
Hope this helps...

But I'm way back on version 4.12 :(
Was it a problem back then too?

Harumph. No...it should work fine. It's only been an issue since 5.2.
Make sure that "TC Relative To" is unchecked. That way, you can specify the exact timecode (time of day) you want the event to happen. If you've got, say, five stills to run each half hour, you'll have to enter each at the appropriate timecode. Make sure you 'Play' the playlist. If you just 'Take' it, it'll just step through it. Play will use the paramaters you set.
Let me know if it still doesn't work, and what steps you've taken so far.

Well, TC Relative to is unchecked, and I'm pressing Play.
I'm trying to run a timer or a clock, should that have anything
to do with it?

Is this an LEX or an SD Duet?
