We are running Lyric Pro, Version 6.5 (Build 1240) on Windows XP Professional Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600 with a DB Link to a Microsoft Excel 2002 SP3 spreadsheet.
We connect to a spreadsheet that resides on the same computer as Lyric Pro using DB Link and we display a number of baseball batting statistics such as batting average, on-base percentage, slugging, etc. On the spreadsheet, I have the averages formatted as .#00 so that the leading 0 is not displayed on the spreadsheet. If someone is batting .300, I want it displayed as .300 NOT 0.300
Unfortunately, Lyric Pro is displaying my decimal numbers as 0.300 instead of .300. I think Lyric is the source of the problem as my numbers are properly formatted in Excel, yet Lyric adds that leading 0 which looks really silly.
Help???
