Hello there!
I seem to be having some problems with our newscrawl lite ticker. I open up the ticker and it's like it freezes up and I get the hour glass mouse icon and the screen for the crawl is just white. I close it out and I get the "end now" windows message to close it. I can't do anything with the ticker, except open it up and close it.
Second issue I'm having is, when I make a late full screen, save it, put it in camio, producer puts the graphic into ENPS, my playlist of course updates and the new full screen is in where it should be. But, it's not the fullscreen that I just made. It's an older full screen from months ago. So I have to scramble and get the graphic up manually. This really is annoying especially during times of breaking news and a graphic has to go up. Hope I've made some kind of sense with all this. Thanks!
