Default Problem transferring from remote software

We have an XCLYPS system with a remote software installation on another computer. Two weeks ago, everything worked fine. No problems transferring clips. About a week ago, engineering physically moved the XCLYPS box into another rack. NOW...I can't transfer. It "sees" the database correctly. I can look at clips on the main box from the remote software. It just won't transfer. We can ping it too. So, it's networked properly...or would appear to be. This happened one other time several years ago and no one remember how we fixed it then!
Thoughts? Help!

Check to see if your Xclyps is an AMD based system- you can right click My Computer and get properties.

If so, you may have changed the network port it was connecting to the offline pc through, and there may be a throughput issue with the other nic. The AMD based systems used a nic card in the PCI slots that should be used for the transfers.

Contact Chyron Tech support if you need further assistance with this..
