Lyric.CtrlRecord Message Type?

Hi,

I'm new to Lyric and I'm puzzling out the Macro language. I've had some difficulty doing a couple of things and was wondering if anyone knew the filetypes that belong in the Lyric.CtrlRecord() argument, i.e. for a Template Data Message. So far, all I can get the system to do is run the panel (I guess SendKeys stop working once it's open) but not much else. Any tips?
